FAQ

1. Do I need to make an appointment?

If you would like to talk directly to a technician you will need an appointment. Otherwise you will be assisted with your drop off or pick up at the front counter by an associate.

2. How long will it take to fix my amplifier?

Amplifiers - If the parts needed for your repair are in stock we will attempt to have your item repaired with in a week possibly the next day. If parts need ordered we order most parts to Monday or Tuesday your repair will be completed when the parts arrive. Larger projects or restoration work will be discussed when the item is dropped off. 

3. Can you give me an estimate for a repair?

Yes. However, if the estimate is declined once the item is ticketed and diagnosed by a Technician,  a bench fee of $55 for amplifiers

4. Can you order me a part for my home project?

No. We cannot special order parts for outside projects.

5. Do you sell tubes?

Yes. We stock a variety of tubes.  All special orders require payment in full before order will be placed.

6. Can you fix my guitar?

As of Jan 1st 2016 we have closed the guitar department. 

7. Can you fix my amp?

Yes, yes we can. 

8. I need it fixed now! I have a gig tomorrow!

We offer a rush fee for priority services, in addition to normal hourly rates.

9. What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard Discover and American Express.
