Somehow more work is getting done in less time. Turnaround time is the fastest that is has ever been. I can hardly believe that so far the increased efficiency of operations has almost completely made up for the loss of guitar repair revenue. I've somehow created a net 0% loss in gross revenue and have a relaxing place to sit.
What you may not know is that my wife and I are expecting a baby this May. The self service system will be critical at that time as I may be closed for a day or two with modified hours for about a week. But, the shop of the future is here to help. Worry not as analog methods of doing things in the realm of meat-space are not going away.
