Self Service Pickup and Drop Off

I am now technically open 24/7. My self service system is in place and well tested. See instructions below. As many of you know I'm now the only one working here at Full Custom now. Somehow more work is getting done in less time. Turnaround time is the fastest that is has ever been. I can hardly believe that so far the increased efficiency of operations has almost completely made up for the loss of guitar repair revenue. I've somehow created a net 0% loss in gross revenue and have a relaxing place to sit.

What you may not know is that my wife and I are expecting a baby this May. The self service system will be critical at that time as I may be closed for a day or two with modified hours for about a week. But, the shop of the future is here to help. Worry not as analog methods of doing things in the realm of meat-space are not going away. Digital methods of customer interaction are here to save time when two people simply can't be at the same place at the same time.
